TikTak is a marketplace platform that connects service providers with customers. Transactions and payments are arranged directly between users and providers. Refund terms for individual services are determined by the respective service provider.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you have purchased a TikTak provider subscription and wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not significantly used premium features.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional credits, free trial periods, and services already rendered by providers are not eligible for refund through TikTak.
