User Data Deletion

At TikTak, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we store, what happens when you request deletion, and how to submit a deletion request.
1. What Data We Store
We store your account information (name, email, phone number), service listings you have created, transaction history, messages exchanged with other users, and usage analytics. This data is used to provide and improve our platform services.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove your personal profile information, contact details, saved preferences, and authentication credentials. Transaction records and service history shared with other parties may be retained in anonymized form to maintain platform integrity.
3. How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion in two ways: (1) Go to your Account Settings, navigate to the 'Privacy' section, and select 'Delete My Data'; or (2) Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' including your registered email address. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
4. Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
